On a private culdesac this apartment is a hidden gem in the heart of town on 3.5 acres. Close to everything but feels private. This is one of a kind log cabin with modern decor but truly a uniquely Alaskan experience.

On a private culdesac this apartment is a hidden gem in the heart of town on 3.5 acres. Close to everything but feels private. The culdesac is shared with 4 other homes. You can also hear and sometimes see the Alaska Railroad trains from the property.
Access
You will have your own parking spot and the road is a private drive for the lodge and 4 neighboring homes. We are located on a private and hidden spot in the middle of Fairbanks. You will have your own private apartment, deck and entrance. This apartment does share a wall with unit 2 and the main lodge.
Space
This apartment has a unique bedroom with a queen sized bed with an attached bathroom. You can only access the bathroom by going through the bedroom. The loft over the living room has a full bed that makes you feel as if you are staying in a tree house, there is a spiral staircase to reach this cozy space. The rustic living room had comfy couches, an ottoman that pulls out to a twin bed and the beautiful logs that make up this amazing lodge. There is also a spacious fully equipped kitchen. This unit has access the shared washers and dryers in the bathhouse. You can enjoy your own private patio on the second story that connects directly to the front door of your private unit. Enjoy the view of the waterway and the tree houses that are being built. There is a beautiful outdoor spiral staircase that you must use to reach your unit.
Transit
Lyft, Uber and taxis are available. But we recommend renting a vehicle to get around as Fairbanks` attractions are spread out. We are located in Fairbanks and are 10 mins to most things and all the stores. There are 2 assigned parking spaces for unit 2.

Guests will have to climb an outdoor spiral staircase to get to this unit. This is a stand alone unit but can be connected to unit 1 and Alaska Adventure Lodge for larger groups. Unit 2 does have shared walls and is located on the 2nd floor. There is now a 2 shared washers and dryers in the bathhouse for guests use. The bathhouse is in between the 2 shared hot tubs.
Products provided by the host may be different than shown in the pictures due to avaiablility.
There is a ring video camera that is placed on the back of the lodge building that is actively recording the entrance and bathhouse area for security.
