Enjoy this Private Townhouse on the Chena river for great Aroura views and plenty of wildlife activity nearby. Enjoy everything that Alaska has to offer in this cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom newly built unit.
This side of the Townhouse has an open living area with a kitchen living room, bathroom and dinning area on the top floor. Downstairs you will find another bathroom with the washer and dryer and 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom as a triple bunk bed.
Interaction
We live in Fairbanks and can provide assistance when needed but it is made to be self check in with a key pad.
Neighborhood
The duplex is located in a rural area about 30 mins from the airport, Fairbanks and North Pole.
Access
You will have sole access to your unit during your stay. The parking area and yard are a shared space.
Space
The unit is approximately 750 sq ft. It has 2 levels and 2 flights of stairs. The main living area with the kitchen, dining area, one bathroom and living room are on the top level. The 2 cozy bedrooms are on the lower level along with the 2nd bathroom that has the washer and dryer.
Transit
We recommend renting a 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicle. The house is a bit more rural so you will want your own transportation.
Notes
If you are traveling with a larger group rent both sides and sleep a total of 10 people. Both townhouses are listed on airbnb or our website.
The townhouses are on a well with a water softer and a septic system. You might experience a slight discoloration of the water or smell because of the well. There is a reverse osmosis filtration system on the kitchen sink for drinking water.
Do not follow google maps it won’t lead you to the duplex. Please follow the directions given in the check in info.
