Terms and Conditions: Short Term Rentals

• Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out is before 11:00 AM. An early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee.
• All properties are non-smoking and non-vaping.
• By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.
• No events will take place at any of the properties unless arranged with mangers prior to stay.
• No outside guests will be allowed on property unless arranged prior to stay.
• Owners and managers are not responsible or liable for damage or theft of personal property.
• Owners and managers are not responsible or liable for physical injury or death.
• Guests will be charged for any damage to the property after their stay.
• To book any property you must be 21 years old or older with a valid ID or passport.
• Pets are not allowed on any of the properties.
• Quiet hours begin at 10pm and last till 8 am.
• Please remove your shoes by the doors no shoes should be worn inside.
• Make sure all doors and windows are shut and secure upon check out.
• All children must stay with parent or guardian at all times.
• All guests must have a current phone number.
• Full refunds will be given if reservations are canceled with-in 48 hours of booking if reservation is 14 days away or more.
• Guests can get a 50% refund if canceled 7 days before their check-in date.
• No refunds will be given if guests cancel with in 7 days of their check-in date.
• There is a 2 night minimum stay on all properties.
• No eating or drinking in hot tubs or saunas.
• Hot Tubs must stay covered when not in use.
• Some properties will not be suitable or safe for young children, please read each description carefully and ask management if you have any questions.
