It is a new construction with a cozy yet stylish decor and layout.
Interaction
We live in Fairbanks but everything is self check in, please let us know right away if you have any problems.
Neighborhood
Enjoy wildlife and a true Alaskan experience with this property. It is about 30 mins from Fairbanks, North Pole and the airport.
Transit
We recommend renting an all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive vehicle during your stay.
Notes
If you are traveling with a larger group rent both sides and sleep a total of 10 people. Both townhouses are listed on airbnb or our website.
The duplex is on a well and septic system. We have a treatment system on the water but you might experience a slight smell or discoloration. We provide additional filtration through the reverse osmosis system at the kitchen sink for drinking water.
Google maps will not lead you to the house please follow the driving instructions given with the check in info.
